Return Policy

At Myohype, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a flexible return policy to make the process as simple as possible.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Original packaging should be included if possible.
  • Sale items, personalised products, and undergarments are not eligible for return.

Ship Your Return:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
  • Contact enquiries@myohype.com.au for a return authorisation form. Send the return package to the address provided in the form.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

Exchanges

  • We offer free and easy online size exchanges within 30 days from delivery for AUS orders. 

  • Submit your return request by sending an email to enqurieis@myohype.com.au with the invoice attached and the size you hope to exchange for.  

  • Exchange items will be dispatched free of charge once your return label has been scanned in transit by the courier.

  • Please note, as we are unable to hold your item until your package has been scanned in transit, we encourage you to drop it off as quickly as possible to avoid disappointment.  

  • If the size you are hoping to exchange for is no longer available at the time of processing, a refund or credit note will be issued depending on the item’s eligibility.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Myohype Story

Myohype founder, Davis, began his journey as a physiotherapist specialising in both rehabilitation and fitness training. Through the different populations he worked with, he realised those who were less active, injured in the past or fence sitter in taking on an active lifestyle often displayed self-doubt and fear in some ways, while the active population radiated motivation and confidence.Inspired, Davis envisioned “Myohype,” a brand bridging the gap and uniting these worlds with activewear that embodies motivation, self-confidence and inclusion. The mission: to empower all, regardless of fitness level, fostering confidence and a proactive, vibrant life.

Myohype, more than sportswear apparels, became a symbol of empowerment, inspiring all to embrace their potential, changing lives one step (or rep) at a time.
