Myohype founder, Davis, began his journey as a physiotherapist specialising in both rehabilitation and fitness training. Through the different populations he worked with, he realised those who were less active, injured in the past or fence sitter in taking on an active lifestyle often displayed self-doubt and fear in some ways, while the active population radiated motivation and confidence.
